Within Italy, Austria and Germany it usually takes 3–5 business days. For other countries like France, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic or Spain, 4–7 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

As long as your order hasn’t been processed, we can update the address. Please email us at service@boulderball.it with your order number. Changes to order content are not possible – only full or partial cancellation may be possible.

After shipment, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Sometimes tracking updates take 1–2 days to appear.

Check the tracking link – your parcel might be with a neighbor or at a local pickup point. If it’s returned to us, contact service@boulderball.it – we’ll help you.

Yes – you can cancel the order within 14 days after delivery without giving reasons.

Yes – unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the return.

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund the amount within a few days.

No, digital products cannot be refunded as they are instantly accessible after purchase.
