Payment Methods

You can pay safely and easily with:

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
PayPal
Apple Pay / Google Pay
Klarna (invoice or installment payment, depending on country)

All payments are processed securely and encrypted through trusted payment providers.

Where can I find information about the products?

Detailed information, instructions, and training content can be found directly on each product page (e.g. Boulderball Basic, Boulderball POWER, Pocket Ninja, etc.).
Each product has its own FAQ and description with all the important details.

I haven’t received an order confirmation – what should I do?

Please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received anything, there may have been a typo in your email address or a temporary connection issue.
Just contact us – we’ll be happy to help.

Are digital products refundable?

No, digital products are excluded from returns, as they are available for immediate download after purchase.

When will my return be refunded?

Once your return has been received and checked, the refund will be issued within a few days to your original payment method.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes – return shipping costs are generally not covered unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
In that case, we will of course cover the costs.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Yes – you have a 60-day right of withdrawal starting from the day of delivery.

What should I do if the delivery attempt fails?

You can check the tracking information to see if your parcel was left with a neighbour or at a pickup point.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can check the delivery status via the link provided.
Please note that it may take 1–2 days for the first tracking updates to appear.

To which countries do you ship the Boulderball?


We currently ship to the following countries:
Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain**, Monaco, Slovakia, Romania, Greece, Portugal**, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ireland, Finland, and Sweden.

Mainland only.

Can I change my order or delivery address afterwards?


As long as your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can update the delivery address.

and include your order number.
Unfortunately, changes to the order content are not possible – only (partial) cancellations depending on the shipping status.

How long does shipping take?

Our products usually arrive within 3–5 working days in Italy, Austria, and Germany.
For other countries (e.g. France, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Spain), delivery typically takes 4–7 working days.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days.
