Danke für diesen Boulderball. Ich bin kein Kletterer, werde es auch nie werden. Aber, aufgrund eines schweren Unfalls war meine Hand und ist es noch immer, schwer eingeschränkt. Die Fingerbeweglichkeit gleich 0. Dank des Balls konnte ich nun die Beweglichkeit fördern. Grund: ich habe mich auf den "Weg" konzentriert und konnte die "Schmerzen" fast vergessen. Meine Beweglichkeit hat sich gebessert.

Daher meine Idee, fragt in den Rehas nach ob es Bedarf gibt. Insbesondere in den orthopädischen....

Ich bin sehr sehr zufrieden und werde weiter mit diesem Ball üben um Stück für Stück meine Beweglichkeit wieder zu erhalten.

Spaßig und Herausfordernd

Ich habe den Boulderball zu Weihnachten bekommen und mir direkt das Team Climb expansion pack bestellt, um nicht nur alleine, sondern auch mit Freunden dran zu kniffeln und es ist super! Man hat viel zu Lachen und die Routen und das Surprise Climb bieten sehr viel Abwechslung. Definit eine Empfehlung! Kann man auch mit nicht Kletter/Boulder-Interessierten spielen.
