What is Boulderball POWER?

The POWER Bundle expands the Basic with an effective and well thought-out training package to strengthen your fingers, tendons and forearms.

The POWER Bundle combines a boulder ball, rubber ring and stretching band - developed with sports scientists based on functional training theory. This builds up strength in a targeted manner, compensates for imbalances and prevents injuries.

How does it differ from the Boulderball Basic?
